Guest OS is an autonomous guest operations system for hotels, aparthotels, holiday parks and short-stay properties. It automates every step of the guest journey from booking to key delivery, including guest communication, ID verification, compliance and access codes.

Guest OS connects to your PMS and automatically reaches out to guests via WhatsApp. Sophie, the conversational assistant, handles registration, ID verification and payment collection. When every check is green, a digital room key is sent to the guest before arrival.

Yes. Guest OS connects to your existing PMS (Mews, Apaleo, Booking Experts and more), smart locks (Nuki, SALTO, TTLock) and payment provider (Stripe). There is no rip-and-replace; it runs alongside your current stack.

Guest OS is built for hotels, aparthotels, holiday parks and short-stay properties across Europe. It supports full-service check-in for staffed properties and fully automated self-check-in for unmanned operations.

Identity verification, national guest registration (Nachtregister, SES.Hospedajes, Alloggiati and more) and GDPR consent run automatically, with a full audit trail. Guest data is purged after the legal retention period. Your team never touches a government portal.

As the EU rolls out eIDAS 2.0, guests will increasingly prove their identity with a European digital identity wallet. Guest OS verifies them through the wallet using selective disclosure, so guests share only what is required, such as age or nationality. Accepting wallet credentials requires being a registered eIDAS relying party with a valid certificate, and Guest OS takes that registration and the certificate off your hands, so you are wallet-ready without the regulatory work.
